Any eligible citizen who meets the criteria for ECARD SEVA positions at State, District, Block, Panchayat or Village level can apply through this portal.

No. Submitting an application through this portal is completely free of charge.

Required documents vary by position level. Generally, you will need identity proof, address proof, qualification certificates and a recent passport photograph.

After submission, you receive an Application ID. Use this ID on the "Check Status" page or log in to your applicant dashboard to track progress.

Applications are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of submission.
